One of our favorite releases by that fine label: a strong, almost hermetic fold-collar denim jacket with deeper 90s sense and insightful European details, as a jacket from ESSAY 2016SS has repeatedly shown. The indigo denim is also central, refined by means of a meticulous process of washing and drying, creating a very soft feel. One size (oversize) helps shape our experience of surroundings beyond our physical self.
カーディガンを彷彿させる＜ESSAY＞春夏の定番アウター、フォルドカラーデニムジャケット。2016SSリリースのBIG Gジャンをベースにクリエイション過程で仮組みされたデザインをそのまま完成させず製品化。ディテールは90年代のユーロデザインをソースとしている。シルエットはオーバーサイズで、素材はもちろん13ozインディゴデニム 。ESSAYの高品質なデニムは、ソフトな肌触りと程よいとろみ感が特徴。バイオウォッシュ加工を施しヴィンテージライクな表情を表現。ESSAYデニムの独特の風合いをお楽しみいただけます。デザインプロセスで生まれる自由な発想(衿をわざと織り込んでいるなど)を活かしたユニーク性に富んだ1着。「GENUINE PRODUCT」の文字が配されたタグも魅力的です。
